If you know me, you know I’m much more comfortable seeing the world through a viewfinder than being the center of attention. But today, I’m trading my shutter button for a keyboard to welcome you to my new digital home.

For me, a portrait has never been about just “looking good” for the camera. It’s about that split second where the guard comes down and the real person peeks through. Whether it’s the quiet confidence of a professional headshot or the chaotic joy of a family session, I live for the connection.
I want this blog to be more than just a portfolio. Moving forward, I’ll be sharing:
My obsession with the camera didn’t start in a studio; it started as a child in Italy, captivated by the way light danced across old cobblestones and raw emotion in a strangers’ smile. I’ve been holding a camera for as long as I can remember, but it was in 2014 that I turned that lifelong passion into a professional mission.
Today, my greatest “heirlooms” are my two children and our little dog. Being a mom has completely reframed how I see a photograph. I no longer just see a pose; I see the fleeting way a child holds your hand or the quiet chaos of a family’s love. I know how fast these moments move, and I’ve dedicated my career to making sure they stand still for you.I believe that every person has a story worth telling, and I’ve made it my mission to tell those stories through light and shadow.
“A portrait is not made in the camera but on either side of it.” — Edward Steichen
